Mounting of hydraulic motor and hoses
•
Display the new hoses and put on hose cover parts Ref. no 502 42 32-01
NOTE! The sleeve only on 2. 3 and 4 m shaft.
•
Start with carrying the hoses through the bottom shaft part
•
Grease the inside of the top shaft part a little in order to simplify the mounting.
•
Carry the hoses through the bar pad and mount the rubber cover over the hoses.
•
Cut the return hose so it will have exactly the same length as the pressure hose.
•
Connect the two hoses to the hydraulic motor.
•
Check that the O-ring at the chain oiling channel of the hydraulic motor is in place. Attach the
hydraulic motor.
•
Press the rubber cover (A) and mount the bar pad against the shaft.
•
Mount the chain sprocket, bar and chain.
NOTE! Check that the O-ring at the chain oiling channel of the hydraulic motor is in place.
•
Mount the hose cover.
•
Fill the oil tank, connect the hoses. Start up and test run.
•
Retighten all hose nipples and hose clamps.
