Change of return filter
•
Empty the oil tank and remove the cap.
•
Remove the hose nipple.
•
Remove the hose fitting (A), by using a pair of pliers.
•
Remove the return filter.
•
Place the new return filter in the oil tank and mount the new hose fitting.
NOTE! Gasket Ref.no . 502 40 71-01 should be placed outside the oil tank.
Tighten the hose fitting with torque approximately 7 Nm (0,7 kpm)
•
Mount the gasket and the hose nipple.
Disassembly of hydraulic motor and hoses
•
Remove chain, bar and drive sprocket
•
Remove the hydraulic motor (of) and turn it so the engine drive shaft is free from the hole in the
bar pad.
•
Loosen the hoses and take out the hydraulic motor.
•
Loosen the bar pad (B) from the shaft.
•
Push the hoses up so the rubber sleeve (C) is free.
•
Remove the sleeve. (NOTE! Should be reassembled).
•
Pull out the hoses from the bar pad and the shaft. Pull out the return hose (D) first.
•
Remove the end plug in the lower part of the shaft.
