Algorithm
Set communication algorithm
[Note: When the communication mode is set to Non Encryption mode
(80), then the algorithm must be set to either [ 0 0 ] or [ 01] .
00: Non encryption mode (default)
01: Digital squelch mode
[Note: When the communication mode is set to Fixed Encryption
mode (00) or Random Encrption mode (40, 50), then the
algorithm must be set as follows:
00 ~ 79: Fixed Scramble Code
80 ~ 99: Variable Scramble Code (every 20 mS)
