LiveSight

Requirements

A LiveSight transducer connected to the unit through a
performance sonar interface (PSI) module is required.

About

The LiveSight transducer can be used in forward or down looking
mode. The mounting of the transducer determines the mode.
When a LiveSight transducer is installed and configured, a LiveSight
button is added to the home page.
Multiple LiveSight sources operate independent of one another,
and each source can be assigned to a panel on the display.
A LiveSight source can be shared over the Ethernet network. For
information about how to set up the system for sonar data sharing,
refer to "System setup" on page 197.

Start-up wizard

At start-up or after a reset, the display will recognize an un-
configured LiveSight transducer. The start-up wizard will then
automatically be started.
The wizard can also be manually started from the installation dialog.
See "Restart config wizard" on page 206.
The mode (forward or down) must be defined in the wizard to
display the LiveSight icon on the home page.
