If you are experiencing problems, please check the following before asking
for repairs.

Solution
•Hold the handgrips and electrodes firmly with
fingers and palms.
•Stand barefoot on the platform when
measuring.
•If the soles of the feet are dry, use a dropper to
apply about 0.5 mL of water before
measurement.
•Reconfirm the input details.
•Turn off the power, remove everything from
the platform, then turn on the power and try
measuring again.
•Is the unit set up on a surface that is vibrating
or near something that is vibrating?
•Is the measuring platform tilted?
•Is something blocking the gaps in the
measuring platform?
•Remove any inserted objects.
•Confirm that the power is connected correctly.
•The weight to be measured exceeds the
maximum capacity.
