Receipt of Equipment – Allegro Plastic Totes and Allegro Single-use Systems Receipt of Allegro Plastic Totes and Accessories The Allegro 200 L and 500 L plastic totes, accessory trolley and accessory lid are individually packaged. Assembly of components together is covered in Section 5.
3. Do not remove the Allegro systems from packaging until just before use. NOTE: Allegro 200 L and 500 L plastic totes have a base port which is fitted with Allegro Port Bracket (Part number LGRPFBP200L and LGRPFBP500L). Do not lift the tote using the folded side panels or the lateral structural bars. CAUTION: Pall does not recommend lifting or otherwise placing an already filled tote onto a trolley. The legs of the tote locate into raised pockets at the corners of the trolley. Ensure that all 4 legs are correctly located.

Ensure that the internal surfaces of tote are undamaged, clean, dry, and free from particulate matter.

3. Hold the Allegro 3D biocontainer with the base port and port bracket facing down and closest to you and the top multi-port system uppermost. Keep the side panels on the uppermost face of the Allegro 3D biocontainer. 4. Prepare to place the Allegro 3D biocontainer into the base of the tote from above. Do not unfold the bag.

For 500 L totes that are to be stacked and used with Allegro biocontainer systems, installation of the single-use systems within the totes should be done through the front access door after stacking as shown in Figures 23 and 24 above (section 5.2.2).
In case of damage or defects each tote has been designed to be completely traceable with a unique batch identifier on the bottom panel of the tote. Pall liability under any warranty is limited solely to replacing, or issuing credit for the Allegro hardware that may become defective during the Warranty Period.
