Changing the Nozzle

1. Turn the back Allen screw (3) a few turns counter clockwise until
you can pull off the entire front part of the sand blast gun's
housing.
2. Depending on the intended use, install the appropriate nozzle
(14) with the smaller end first into the front part of the sand blast
gun's housing. Always change the two rubber sealing rings as
well.
3. Reinstall the front part of the housing on the sand blast gun and
secure it with the Allen screw (3).

Air Pressure and Air Volume

Operate the air sand blast gun with a pressure of 6 bar. When
using higher pressure for operating the air tool than the max.
permitted pressure of 8 bar, its self life will be reduced drastically.
Operate the portable sand blaster using a compressor with an air
suction capacity of at least 150 l/min. The ideal capacity is
provided by compressors with a suction capacity of 200 –
300 l/min.
Only use air hoses with an inner diameter of at least 9 mm. When
setting up the air pressure, always keep in mind that the pressure
will decrease by approx. 0.6 bar when using a 10 m long hose
with an inner diameter of 9 mm.
