Remove the bearing snap ring with snap ring pliers.
Remove the bearing with a suitable bearing puller.
Remove two screws and plates.
Remove the bearing with a suitable bearing puller.
Drive in a new bearing with a suitable bearing driver that has the same outside
diameter as the bearing.
Install a new snap ring with snap ring pliers.
