Shows the number (1–8) of the handset/desk phone which is in use or on
hold.
Shows the Block Anonymous Call setting. For details about operation,

Displayed when an Anonymous Call is specified. For details about
operation, see Call Settings, page 163.
Displayed when Call Forwarding is specified.
Displayed when Do Not Disturb (DND) is specified.

Name or telephone number of
the person on hold.
• A call is on hold.
"Line On Hold"
• A call on a shared line is on
hold at another unit.
• A shared line is in use or
on private hold at another
unit.
"In Use"
• The call cannot be
retrieved. (The call is on
hold elsewhere.)
