Important Information Environment Keep the phone and base away from heating appliances and devices that generate electrical noise such as fluorescent lamps and motors. These noise sources can interfere with performance. Do not place the phone or base in rooms where the temperature is less than 0 °C (32 °F) or greater than 40 °C (104 °F). The range of operation depends on the topography of your office, weather, or usage conditions as signals are transmitted between the base unit and the handset/desk phone by radio waves.
