Corner radius routing template

1. Choose the appropriate template
for the radius you want to cut.
2. Attach the fence to the template,
making sure that it snaps securely
in place.
3. Position the fence and template on
the corner to be routed, making
sure that the fence tabs contact
both edges of the workpiece. This
guarantees proper positioning.
Note: If the radius to be routed is
greater than 1", use a band saw
or jigsaw to remove most of the
material outside the radius.

4. Set the router bit depth so that the
bit's guide bearing is aligned with
the template edge.
5. Using the fence finger hold for a
secure grip, rout the radius by
moving the stock in the direction
shown on the fence.
Note: Keep hands clear of the bit
at all times.
