Troubleshooting

Possible cause
Vehicle ignition is not on.
Power cable is not properly connected.
Fuse has blown out.
Volume is set at minimum or the mute
mode is on.
The antenna is not connected prop-
erly.
The antenna is not fully extended
or broken.
The battery cable is not properly
connected.
The USB device has been inserted
the wrong way round.
The NTFS fi le system is not supported. Check up the type of the fi le system;
Solution
Start up the ignition.
Check up the cable connection.
Replace the fuse with a new one of the
same rating.
Check up the volume or switch off the
mute mode.
Check up the antenna connection.
Fully extend the antenna and if
broken, replace it with a new one.
Connect the battery cable to the DC
power line from the vehicle battery.
Insert the USB plug properly into
the connector.

or FAT32 fi le systems.
