    Mounting and connection Installation tips:  ” Before installing the video interface, please disconnect the “– terminal from the car battery.  To install the video interface, use only the cables that come in the package.  Make sure that there are no electronic devices or magnets near the central unit mounting location.

    Special information Video interface connection The product supports Plug&Play ("jack-to-jack”) connection LVDS cable between the stock multimedia system and the monitor. Note. Video interface is connected without damaging stock wiring and there is no need to modify stock ” cables and jacks. To control the video interface, one needs to install an optional 7 touch panel (glass\plastic).

  • Page 16 One needs to disassemble the display for touch panel installation. There are several display size options for these multimedia systems. To select the correct touch panel, one needs to measure the display size in inches and then find a matching touch panel. The touch panel is installed between the plastic panel and the display image sensor.
