3-7 Fuse Replacement
If the melt tank will not heat up, a fuse may
have burned out.
WARNINGS
- Disconnect the power cord from the
power supply before replacing a fuse,
otherwise electric shock could cause
severe personal injury.
- The melt tank is very hot after binding
operation. Wait until the tank has
cooled before replacing a fuse.
CAUTION
- Install the fuse the right way round,
otherwise it could be damaged.
1.
Turn off the power switch.

Disconnect the power cord from the
power supply.
3.
Loosen 6 fixing screws and remove the
front cover.
NOTE
- Remove the small front cover (2 screws) and
then the 4 screws at the bottom of the front
cover. Tilt the cover so that the other 2 screws
can finally be removed.

Remove the bottom cover of the glue tank
unit.
NOTE
- Remove the 2 fixing screws on the
operatrion side of the bottom cover and
loosen other 2 screws. Then remove the
bottom cover by sliding it to the operation
side.
5.
Replace the thermo-fuse for the glue
heater.
NOTES
- 7 mm spanner is needed to remove the nut.
-Attach the nut holding the terminal of fuse
with a long nose plier, to prevent from apply-
ing the excessive force to the fuse.
