1. Assemble the handle (2) with the included screws and
nuts (3) on the saw blade assy (1).
2. Insert the 4 guide rods (10) into the provided openings on
the mitre saw (15) and screw the 4 set screws (6) with
the small Allan key onto the saw frame (13). One set
screw is additionally included in delivery a replacement
part.
3. Insert the plastic rod fence (4) between the saw blade
and fold up the rod fence.
4. If necessary, insert the long workpiece clamp (12) from
one side into the mitre saw. To fasten the long workpiece
clamp, first insert the nut of the fastener (8) into the
provided opening and tighten the fastener from the rear
side. By doing this, the long workpiece clamp will stay in
position and can securely clamp long workpieces.
If desired insert the small workpiece clamp (5) in one of
the provided openings, either from above or from the
front side. Tighten the small workpiece clamp with the nut
in order to securely clamp the workpiece in position.
5. To adjust the angle, first pull the angle adjuster (14)
outwards and turn the disc of the saw frame to the de-
sired direction. Release the angle adjuster after setting
the angle.
6. To tilt the saw blade assy (1) resp. to adjust the mitre cut,
first unscrew both set screws which are located on both
sides of the saw frame (13) and turn the set screw
approx. 2 turns. Set the mitre cut. After that, re-tighten
both set screws with the large Allen key.
Useful Hints
Fasten or screw the wood plate on the worktop to
maintain safe stand of the mitre saw.
Use the correct type of blade for the workpiece to be cut.
Only cut workpieces that are square and straight.
