TROUBLE-SHOOTING SCHEDULE
IMPORTANT!
• Turn off the compressed air supply with the service valve
before doing any work on the cleaning system.
• Do not pressurise the system if the air temperature is below
the minimum operating temperature (= -20 °C). At lower air tem-
peratures the process can be started and operated for a while
(approx. 15 min.) whereafter the system can be
pressurised.
FilterMax C 25 will not start.
Is text dOOr on the display?

Are there any LED's on the con-
trolbox panel that are on.

Check the power supply and the
fuses in the connection box. If
the power supply and the fuses
are fully functional, contact your
nearest Nederman representative
for more assistence.
FilterMax C 25 starts, but stops
after a while and the display
shows Err + a digit.

Check that the access door is
closed and the door switch not
is damaged.
Is the A-alarm LED no. 4, on?

Correct the error indicated by the

There is an electrical fault in one
or more of the pilot valves. The
number shown after Err are the
number of the faulty valve.
• Depressurise the system and

empty the compressed air tank.
• Switch off the power supply.
• Loosen the operation panel
from the access door and open
the box.
• Replace the pilot valve coil card
(spare part no. 13)
