Removing canopy upper part SILENCE
Warning
• Do not remove the canopy by holding it from parts unsuitable for lifting.
• While disassembling, keep an eye on the muffler end which, projecting from the canopy, could hamper operations and
provoke damages.
• Should removal be carried out by a single person, the canopy must be lifted from the flywheel side and tilted towards the operator.
- To open the side inspection doors, turn outside the handles (see picture).
- Lift the door upwards until it is completely removed, as shown in the two pictures below.
- Proceed in the same way to remove the door on the opposite side.
- Before removing the upper part of the canopy, disconnect
all electrical cables.
- Disconnect the 3 fastons of the throttle button placed inside
the upper part of the cover (see pictures below).
- Disconnect the electrical panel connection.
- Once the harness is disconnected, the upper part of the
canopy can be removed.
- Unscrew the four knobs located on the hood.
- Handle the canopy with care during its removal.
