<NRf> is a numerical input in the range of 0 to 255. Complies with IEEE-
488.2 Section 7.7.2 for the accepted input formatting.
Respond with the 2251A's Identify string. e.g.
RACAL INSTRUMENTS, 2251A, 0, 19.1
Preset the 2251A to a know state. See Table 3.5 - Instrument Preset
Conditions
Command the 2251A to do an Internal Self Test. The response will be a 0
if the test passed and a 1 if the test failed.
Clears the Event Registers summarized in the Status Byte and all queues
except the output.
