Troubleshooting

If trouble occurs or you have any queries, first check this section.
If the problem persists, check your warranty and contact the dealer where you purchased the
product.
Cannot turn on the tablet.
Is the tablet fully charged?

Cannot use the tablet. / The cursor does not move.
Is the wireless dongle connected
to your computer or the
document camera? (⇒P.15)
The tablet is in standby mode.

The wireless connection is
unstable.
Multiple monitors are used.
Refer to "Charging" and then charge the tablet.
Check that the wireless dongle is connected to the
computer or document camera being used.
Connect the wireless dongle directly to the
USB port of the computer or the document
camera. It may not operate correctly if a

USB hub is used.
Only when using wireless connection, if there is no
operation for a certain period of time (about 45minutes),
the tablet will automatically switch to standby mode. In
that case, set the wireless switch to ON.(⇒P.16)
If a wireless device or electronic equipment is used near
the tablet, the communication between the tablet and
wireless dongle may be unstable due to interference
from electric waves.
Do not use equipment that causes interference near the
tablet.
The tablet does not support multi-monitor setup.
The tablet can be used only with the main monitor even
in the multi-monitor setup.
