6. TROUBLESHOOTING

Tablet power does not turn ON
Is the lithium-ion battery
installed?
Is the lithium-ion battery
charged?
Cannot use the tablet / The cursor does not move
Is the tablet driver operating
correctly?
Are the tablet driver's settings
suitable?
Is the wireless adapter
connected to the computer?
Is the Status LED on the tablet or
the LED on the wireless adapter
flashing?
Communication is not possible.
Is the pen's dry cell battery flat?
Communication between the tablet and wireless adapter is unstable
Are the tablet and wireless
adapter in the proper condition?
Is a wireless device or electronic
equipment being used nearby?

Check that the lithium-ion battery is inserted correctly.
Refer to "Charging the tablet" and charge the lithium-ion
battery.
The tablet driver's installation may not have been
completed correctly.
Refer to "Using the tablet driver" and install the tablet
driver.
The tablet may not respond if the pressure sensitivity is
too low or the touch sensitivity is too high.
Perform the appropriate settings.
Check that the wireless adapter is connected to the
computer being used.
Connect the wireless adapter directly to the
USB port on the PC. It may not operate
correctly if a USB hub is used.
See "If tablet communication cannot be performed".
If wireless devices or electronic equipment are used
near the product, communication between the tablet
and wireless adapter may be unstable due to
interference from electric waves.
Do not use equipment that causes interference when
using this product.
Replace with a new dry cell battery.
If there is an obstruction between the tablet and wireless
adapter or the product is used while placed on top of a
computer, the communication range may be shortened,
the communication may become unstable, or the tablet
may operate abnormally.
Remove the obstruction or change the installation
location.
Wireless devices or electronic equipment may interfere
with the communication between the tablet and wireless
