4.3.6.5 Replacing an Access Actuator

Prerequisites
A spare access actuator of the same model is available and functional.

Tools: ESD wrist strap, ESD gloves, step ladder, label, marker
Material: spare access actuator
Documents: none
Skill requirement: ELV engineer
Issue 01 (2019-07-15)
Connect the cables.
Tighten screws on the base, as shown by (1) in Figure 4-22.
Install the glass panel, as shown by (2) and (3) in Figure 4-22.
Tighten screws, as shown by (4) in Figure 4-22.
Remove the cover of the emergency door release button using a screwdriver, press the button, and rotate
the door handle clockwise to open the pre-fab. module door. If the door can be opened, the emergency
door release button is working properly.
