Prerequisites
A spare emergency door release button of the same model is available and functional.

Tools: insulation tape, step ladder (2 m), Phillips screwdriver, protective gloves
Material: spare emergency door release button
Documents: none
Skill requirement: ELV engineer
Procedure
Step 1 Remove the emergency door release button.

If the magnetic lock indicator is green when the pre-fab. module door is closed and red when the door is
open, the magnetic lock is working properly.
Remove screws securing the emergency door release button, as shown by (1) in Figure
4-21.
Remove the glass panel of the emergency door release button, as shown by (2) and (3) in
Figure 4-21.
Remove screws securing the base, as shown by (4) in Figure 4-21.
Disconnect cables and remove the emergency door release button.
