Honeywell
Commissioning:
 Slowly fill the system until the operating
pressure is reached.
 The pressure rise must not exceed
350 mbar/s.
 A bypass line should be used for filling
(recommendation: ¼ DN pipe diameter).
 Do not exceed the measuring range of
the gas meter even briefly.
 A tightness test must then be carried out.
 After actuation, you must reseal the
supply tank tightly.

4. Maintenance

INFORMATION!
Meters without an oil pump or Minimess connection are
maintenance-free.
NOTE!
Meters with an oil pump must be lubricated every 3 to 4 months.
For special gases such as propane or butane, or in difficult
operating conditions (e.g. full load operation or contaminated
gases), the lubrication intervals should be halved (every 1.5 – 2
months).
CAUTION!
Always keep the supply tank topped up with oil to prevent air
entering the pipe system. Use only fresh, clean oil. The supply tank
must be sealed tightly immediately after filling so that no dirt or
water can get into it.
CAUTION!
Use only the specified oil supplied. The oil can be ordered from
Honeywell. If a different oil is used, the warranty will be void.
 You must open the cover of the supply tank before operating the oil
pump's hand lever/pushbutton.
 Check the oil volume: there must be an adequate volume of oil in the
supply tank. The oil level must be visible in the strainer.
 The meter must be operational, i.e. the turbine wheel must be turning.
