Problem
The toothbrush can only
be used for a few minutes,
even if it is charged.
The battery capacity
lamp (
) turns off
without blinking.
The toothbrush does not
operate.

operating every once in a
while.
The vibration increases
gradually when pressing

The toothbrush shaft
moves.
If the problems still cannot be solved, contact the store where you purchased the unit or a service center
authorized by Panasonic for repair.
Possible cause
The main unit is not properly
mounted on the charging stand.
The rechargeable battery has
reached its operating life.
