1 Warning Caution: • Pb free solder has a higher melting point that standard solder; Typically the melting point is 50 - 70°F (30 - 40°C) higher. Please use a soldering iron with temperature control and adjust it to 750 ± 20°F (400 ± 10°C). In case of using high temperature solder- ing iron, please be careful not to heat too long.

3.2. After reparing 1. Confirm the smooth and normal operation when switching ON. 2. Confirm if the charging status lamp is lit when connecting the main unit with charger. 3. Confirm if the water-proof rubber is assembled without any pinching. 4.
4 Adjustment 4.1. Procedure of very weak electric current testing (Main unit) Measure by the tester available for mA or µA. 4.1.1. 1. Set the range at mA or µA. 2. Turn the switch ON without attaching the brush. 3. Touch the (-) terminal of tester with the driving shaft where connecting the brush and the (+) terminal of tester with the ion panel.

4.2. Procedure of very weak electric current testing (Driving block) Measure by the tester available for mA or µA. 4.2.1. 1. Set the range at mA or µA. 2. Turn the switch ON without attaching the brush. 3. Touch the (-) terminal of tester with the driving shaft where connecting the brush and the (+) terminal of tester with the metal terminal A.
5 Disassembly and Assembly Instructions 5.1. Disassembly Instructions 1. Loosen the screw and remove the battery cover. 2. Putting the driving shaft on the flat space, push down the main body with unfasten two hooks inside of housing by the slotted screwdrivers, and pull out the driving block.

5.2. Assembly Instructions 1. Insert the isolation paper to the cathode side of the rechargeable battery, and set the rechargeable battery so that the battery cushion points upward. 2. Insert the driving block into the housing and apply the grease (Hanarl FL-955) on the water-proof rubber to prevent the pinch- ing.
