Maintenance Procedure
Lube all grease fittings
Inspect the air filter, dust
cup and baffle
Check battery level and con
nections
Change the engine oil filter
Inspect cooling system hoses
Check the fan and alternator belt tension
Torque the wheel lug nuts
Service the air filter
Change the fuel filter
Inspect the fuel lines and connections
Check engine rpm (idle and full throttle)
Check the rear axle oil level
Check the front planetary gear lube
Inspect the engine timing belt (see note below)
Drain and clean the fuel tank
Change hydraulic oil
Change the hydraulic oil filter
Change the front planetary gear lube
Change the rear axle oil level
Check the rear wheel toe-in
Initial break in at 10 hours
Initial break in at 50 hours
Inital break in at 200 hours
If indicator shows red
Replace moving hoses
Replace safety switches
Flush the cooling system and replace fluid
NOTE: Replace the timing belt if it is worn, cracked or oil soaked. A new timing belt should be
installed any time the belt is removed or loosened.
