HUMMUS WITH DRIED TOMATOES
INGREDIENTS:
1 can of chickpeas
70 g sesame seeds
2 cloves of garlic
5 dried tomatoes in brine
1 tablespoon olive oil or oil from dried tomatoes
juice of ½ lemon
pinch of cumin
pinch of turmeric
pinch of ground cardamom
salt, pepper
½ glass water
PREPARATION:
Place all ingredients in the mixing bowl and
blend them – speed 4, 20 s. Aft er this ti me and
once the knife has stopped, scrape the spread
from the sides of the bowl using a spatula and
try the spread. Add seasoning, if necessary,
then blend again at speed 6 for 15 s.

CLASSIC TARTAR SAUCE
INGREDIENTS:
200 g thick mayonnaise
50 g thick cream
150 g gherkins
100 g marinated mushrooms
1 red onion
1 tablespoon mustard
salt, pepper, sugar
PREPARATION:
Peel the onion and cut into small pieces. Cut
into small pieces also gherkins and mushrooms.
Place in the mixing bowl with mustard and
mayonnaise. Chop all ingredients at speed 6
for 30 s.
Add the spices and blend at speed 4 for 30 s.

PREPARATION:
Peel the banana and wash the strawberries,

xing bowl and blend them at speed 8 for 15 s.
Add the fruit and kefi r, blend at speed 4 for
30 s.
Sweeten with honey if necessary.
