We recommend to grind with our special desi-
gned dry Jar to achieve best grinding result.
Below are some some of the products suitable
for grinding:
Grains: Barley, wheat, buckwheat, oats,
brown rice, millet...etc
Beans: Soy bean, green bean, red bean,
black bean, coff ee bean....etc
Nuts: Cashew nut, pine nut, sesame...etc
Spices: Cinnamon, dry fruit, cardamom,
orange peel, legume...etc.
MAKING SOYBEAN MILK
Put 200g cooked soybeans(or other
grains) into the Jar container
Fill the jar with 800-1000 ml of boiled
water and set the machine at the mini-
mum speed.
Start machine to blend the beans for
a few while then transit to Maximum
speed to work, unti l beans become
paste-like conditi ons, then transit it back
to Minimum speed.
Add sugar and boiled water to adjust the
food to be appropriate concentrati on,
turn on machine, pour out the soybean
milk for drinking.
For computer programmed models, user just
need to choose SoyMilk butt on, press on Start
butt on, machine will work at set speed and
ti me unti l fi nish.
You can fi ll with sugar and boiled water and
mix for a litt le while, then got the drink.
MAKING ICE SLUSH / ICE CREAM
1. Most commercial ice slush is in powder or
liquid, easier to blend in a shorter ti me.
2. Most families use ice slush with fresh fruits,
which involves a longer blending ti me.
3. Users can choose to use water, milk, Kopi-
ko, Yakult, yogurt, or fruit tea.
4. If the food inside the container can not be
blended, we can use sti ck to sti r the food
inside. When inserti ng the sti ck, please
insert it with at an angle and do not sti r for
over 30 seconds.
5. When making fruit ice cream, peel the skin,
remove the seeds and put the fruits into
the freezer. Next, blend unti l smooth, put
into the freezer again and wait for the fi nal
ice cream.
6. Please put in ice fi rst when making ice slush,
then add liquid, fi nally add the food.
For computer programmed models, the user
just needs to choose the Smoothie butt on and
press the Start butt on. The machine will work
at set speed and ti me unti l fi nish.
You can use Sti ck to help the sti rring during
blending course, if necessary.
MAKING HOT SOUPS
Vegetable soup: Fill in Vegetables and
boiled water, press on Soup butt on to
process.
Fish Soup: Fry Fish unti l cooked, then
put into the Jar, fi ll in with boiled water
and press the Soup butt on.
Broth: mix the meat with boiled water,
then cook it for a couple minutes then
drink.
MAKING JAMS/SAUCES
Multi -purpose blender can make perfect jams
and sauces. The high RPM speed ensures good
emulsifi cati on results while enabling food to
maintain its freshness.
When making jams/sauces, please cut the food
to pieces of about 2.5 cm and put them into
the container. Then add 15-150 cc of liquid
(water/soup/juice/oil fat...etc) depending on
food material's moisture level and quanti ty. If
you need the food inside the container to make
a swirl, you can turn the speed set between
5 to 10, the ti me can be set at 15-60 seconds
depending on the thickness required.
If you want to make the food inside swirl, sti r
the sti ck inside with an angle while the blender
is operati ng. When a swirl has formed, stop
sti rring.
For computer models, put in the contents and
press the Sauce butt on followed by the Start
Butt on. The machine will process the food
according to the set speed and ti me to fi nish.
TIPS:
Blender is capable of blending sesame
into jam. Fry sesame unti l cooked, fi ll into the
jar and then press Sauce butt on. Run the pro-
gram 1-2 ti mes to get sesame jam.
MAKING FRUIT/VEGETABLE JUICE
Cut the fruits into pieces and put them in the
jar. Fill the jar with water (depending on what
concentrati on you want to get), and press the
Juice butt on to process.
TIPS:
For fruits/vegetables without seeds or
peels, you can adjust the processing ti me to be
45-60 seconds.
For fruits/vegetables with seeds or peels,
press the Juice butt on directly which to the
processing ti me at 1:45 minutes.
