2.1 INTRODUCTION

REFERENCE NOTE:
This manual provides installation instructions for the AM Series Pool Heaters, but not
documentation for all features, such as venting, start-up, operation, or maintenance of the
boiler used in the system. For that information, refer to the AM Series User Manual, GF-146.
Figure 2-1 shows the exterior appearance of an AM Series Pool heating system as it comes
factory configured and installed on a skid. The AM Series Pool Heater comes in four functionally
sized models; the 399, 500, 750, and 1000. Figure 2-2 shows the boilers available.
