Mandatory Fields

Use Mandatory Fields to require patient, procedure, fluid, and/or notes information to be entered for each injection
record.
NOTE: Enabling Mandatory Fields enables Informatics Panel and Data Confirmation. Disabling
Mandatory Fields does not disable either feature. For more information on Informatics Panel, refer
to 3 - Informatics Panel. For more information on Data Confirmation, refer to 6 - Data
Confirmation.

8.1 Configuration and Setup

8.1.1 Login

Mandatory field parameters are managed under Mandatory Fields. Login to the Certegra Manager to access
Mandatory Fields, listed under System Configurations. If already logged into Certegra Manager, skip to step 2.

Login to Certegra Manager. Refer to 7.1 - Certegra Manager Login for instructions.

Select System Configuration.

Select Mandatory Fields.

The Configuration Settings for Mandatory Fields page displays (Figure 8 - 1: Configuration Settings for
Mandatory Fields).

8.1.2 Enable Mandatory Fields

Login to Certegra Manager and navigate to the Mandatory Fields page. Refer to 8.1.1 - Login for
instructions.
2.
To enable Mandatory Fields, select the check box next to Enable Mandatory Fields until the check mark
appears (Figure 8 - 2: Enable Mandatory Fields).
