12.4.3.4 Import Technologist Barcode

Under the Import section, select Overwrite or Append Unique. Select Browse, and choose the specified file for
upload. Select Open, and the file path appears in the Import window. Select Import.
NOTE: Selecting Overwrite replaces the existing technologist information with new data being
imported. Selecting Append Unique both adds new technologist information being imported and
keeps the existing technologist information.

12.4.3.5 Search for Technologist

Type either the badge barcode or Tech ID into the Search tool. Search results display under the Technologist section.

12.4.3.6 Edit Tech ID Displayed on the Certegra Workstation

Under the Technologist section, select BADGEBARCODE to display the badge barcode for the technologist or TECHID
to display the Tech ID for the technologist. Select Save when finished.

12.4.4 Export Barcode Configurations

To export CT or MR barcode configurations:

Under the Management drop-down menu, select Export.
2.
Select Export.
3.
When barcode configurations are successfully exported, a confirmation appears. The Result box provides a
summary of the types and number of files exported.
