b. With the leg pointing up, position a long bin support on the inside of the other portion of
the leg so that the long support will be "above" (as viewed with the stand right side up)
the short bin support creating one corner of the bin support.
c. Repeat steps "a" and "b" above with the remaining sides and a leg to create the
opposite corner.
