PREPARING AND OPERATING THE FLOOR MACHINE
PREPARTION OF MACHINE
Grab the handle and tilt the machine
backwards on its wheels (A).
Wheel machine to place of work and plug in
the power cord.
Put the accessories, brush or pad driver with
pad on the floor in front of the machine
Tilt the machine backwards and move it
over the brush or pad driver until the clutch
plate and drive star are vertically aligned.
Lower machine onto brush/pad driver.

OPERATION OF MACHINE:

Press the dead man switch (4) and briefly
press the brush motor trigger (2). The motor
starts.
If you raise the handle slightly upwards, the
machine moves to the right (D).

AFTER EACH USE:

Squeeze the handle adjustment lever (5)
and move the handle back into its vertical
position.
CLEANING with the solution tank
For cleaning floors, the floor-machine can
be equipped with the following accessories:
Scrub brush or pad driver with pad
o
Solution tank (13)
o
Attach tank to handle (14).
Slide the solution hose (12) onto the water
connector (16).
SHAMPOOING
For cleaning floors, the floor-machine can
be equipped with the following accessories:
Solution tank (13)

Shampoo brush or pad driver with
o
respective pad

Squeeze the handle adjustment lever (5)
and lower the handle (7) to a comfortable
working position. Both arms should be
extended comfortably (C).
Align the machine horizontally over the
brush/pad driver, press the dead man switch
(4) and briefly press the brush motor trigger
(2).
The brush/pad driver automatically spins in
place.
If you lower the handle slightly, the machine
moves to the left (D).
If you keep the handle in its central position,
the machine works on the spot and can also
be moved straight forward or reverse
Then tilt the machine backwards onto its
wheels (9). Remove brush / pad holder by
rotating it clockwise.
Unplug the power cord (18) and wind it
around the handle (1) and cord wrap (8).
Fill the tank (13). Then attach the brush or
pad driver with pad.
Control the solution flow with the tank lever
(15) by pulling the lever (15) upwards.
Pick up the dirty solution with a wet/dry
vacuum or auto-scrubber.
The procedure is in principle the same as
described under "Cleaning with the solution
tank"
Start the machine with a dry shampoo brush
Meter a small amount of cleaning solution to
the brush until the bristles are saturated with
foam.
