Sequence of Operation

During installation, testing, servicing and trouble shooting of this product, it
may be necessary to work with live electrical components. Have a qualified
licensed electrician or other individual who has been properly trained in
handling live electrical components perform these tasks. Failure to follow all
electrical safety precautions when exposed to live electrical components could
result in death or serious injury.
1.
SUMMER-OFF-WINTER switch in the SUMMER position
2. Customer exhaust system interlock closes to start unit by means of relay or
starter contact (if none are provided a jumper may be added).
3. The damper opens (optional)
4. Damper interlock closes energizing the supply fan starter and motors. Fan
light on (optional).

SUMMER-OFF-WINTER switch in WINTER position.
2. Follow steps 2, 3, and 4 of SUMMER operation.
3. Contact on supply fan starter closes. For electrical interlock to flame starting
circuit, air proving switch closes, sending power to the ignition control.
4. All interlocks close, pre-purge begins.
5. Pre-purge complete. Ignition trial begins.
6. Pilot proven main gas opens, main gas valve light is ON (optional).
7.
Main flame modulates to hold temperature setting of duct or room controls.
Note: If at any time during start-up the unit fails to function properly, refer to
Trouble Shooting section. In all cases, unit modulates to assure discharge
air temperature is not exceeded.
