4.4 Load Factory Default
The default settings of the receiver can be restored by a general reset. To do so press MENU on the remote
control, select System and then Factory Default. This option requires the PIN code (see section 4.1).
CAUTION
A reset will loose all personal options and features settings saved in the receiver.
4.5 Auto switch off function
The receiver implement an auto switch off mechanism based on current directives on low power
consumption. The receiver will become switched off in stand by status after three hours without any action of
user. It is possible in every case to deactivate this function into menu.
5 USB
The USB into receiver front allows to play the multimedial files and to record the current digital terrestrial free
TV channel.
To insert an USB memory inside the receiver. After the first initialisation will be created a folder named
PVRRECORD. It will be the folder used by receiver to record content.
CAUTION

The receiver is compliance with USB devices formatted with FAT file system (es. FAT32).

For a corrected working some hard disk needs to have an external power supply

It is not assured the compatibility with every USB device on market because the large numbers of vendors
5.1 Playing
The multimedial file formats to play are:

images JPG, BMP, PNG

music MP3

video MPEG2, MPEG4, AVI
To play a video / music / image multimedial file enter inside menu USB – Photos / Music / Film. To navigate
beetwen the folders of USB memory using the arrows keys, OK and EXIT. To choose the desired file and
press OK to start playing.
Into playing of images to use the PREV and NEXT keys to go to the next/previous image.
Press PLAY to start the slide show. Press STOP to exit. Press REPEAT to repeat the slide show. Press
PAUSE to stop the playing
Press the RED key to zoom the image, the two keys GREEN and YELLOW to turn around the current
image.
During the film playing to use the GOTO key to pass to a next/previous chapter, title. The same function
could be used during a music playing to pass to a next/previous track.
The recorded files inside PVRRECORD, are reachable directly by PVR LIST on remote unit control.
CAUTION
 During playing do not disconnect the USB device from receiver front panel, it could be damaged
seriously
 It is not assured the complete compatibility with every multimedial format because the large numbers of
audio/video codec availables
5.2 Recording
Before to start to record, please to connect the external USB memory and wait to initialize the device.
The dimension of recorded files depends on resolution of broadcasted digital terrestrial transmission.

Istantaneous recording
To tune to the desired digital terrestrial free channel and press the PVR REC key into remote unit.
To stop recording press STOP.
To access the files press PVR LIST.
To record using the timer
To press the BLU key to program a timer with ADD item. To select record as mode item.
To modify recorded files
To access to the menu USB - PVR you can rename or cancel the recorded files.
It is possible also to preview the file,
