  • Page 2 INSTRUCTION MANUAL FOR SPECTRO 96 FLUOROSPECTROPHOTOMETER Preface The method of fluorescence analysis (fluorometry) is a modern analytical method of high PMT level and high selectivity. It much can provide information, including an excitation spectrum, an emission spectrum, fluorescent intensity, fluorescence life, and fluorescence polarization. The linear range of working curve is wide and hence it has been an important analytical method in the field of trace analysis.
