Cooking with the TEMPERATURE
PROBE
The Temperature
Probe helps take guesswork
out of cooking
roasts and larger casseroles,
The probe
is
designed
to turn off the oven when it senses the temperature
you chose. The Temperature
Probe can
also be used in BAKE TIME (page
26) or ROAST TIME (page
30) to cook by temperature
ratherthan
time.

Light will
come on and the Display
will show
"P-HI:' This shows the oven is pre-
programmed
to cook at full power
(HIGH).
The Display
will show what you
touched.
This example
shows you
