iPhone Synching Procedures
Prior to starting any search make sure you double click on the HOME BUTTON and close any open
applications on your phone. Also make sure your Bluetooth function is turned on.
1. Go to the Main Home Screen on your phone and press the "Settings" icon.

- Page 2 2. Within the “Settings” menu scroll down to “General” and press the “General” icon. 3. Within the “General” menu press the “Accessibility” icon.
- Page 3 4. Within the “Accessibility” menu, scroll down to the HEARING section and press on the “MFi Hearing Devices” icon. 5. Within the “MFi Hearing Devices” screen you will see DEVICES and below that you will either see Searching (either looking for your hearing aids) or you will see your hearing aids appearing on the screen either in blue (they are paired with your device) or in black (they are noticed by your device, but have not yet been paired).
- Page 4 IF SEARCHING: 1. Open and close the hearing aid battery doors and wait for BOTH hearing aids to appear on the screen in black. 2. Press on the hearing aids icon appearing on the phone screen which should now give you a “Pair Request”...
- Page 5 4. Your hearing aids should now be paired and you can go to your Starkey TruLink app. IF HEARING AIDS APPEAR IN BLUE: 1. This means they are already connected and you can click on the hearing aid icon the click on FORGET DEVICE to remove it from the phone memory.
