To replace the microphone wax pad on the Starkey ITC R using the white application stick:

1. Pull the application stick straight out to remove the used wax guard. Do not twist.
2. Use the opposite end of the application stick to insert the new wax guard straight into the hearing aid. Push firmly.
3. Pull the stick straight out again. Do not twist.
4. Discard the application stick.
