I purchased a Starkey MRICR from Innovative Hearing in Riverside, Ca. three weeks ago, specifically to block left ear tinnitus. I am not getting satisfactory help in choosing blocking settings and getting them programmed into my phone. The person is arbitrary. I am on the verge of asking for a refund and starting over with another provider. It is vitally important that I get a tinnitus blocking hearing aid, and professional assistance in going through a trial and error process to maximize and individualize the settings. I have another appointment Tuesday, April 1. Do you have any suggestions. This hearing aid may well be just the one for me, but I do not believe I will get the help I need from this provider
