1、Put insulator on battery plates; fix battery plates( wider side is on the top) and

cable tie.

Torque:16kgf-cn

Cross screw torque

4、fix BAT+、BAT-、

BAT1+to rear panel by

cable tie.

5、Paste the cable tie

as shown in the

picture. The opening

of cable tie is

outward.

6、 Paste the cable tie

Page 2 Assy 2. Put 2 pieces of batteries into insulator as shown below. Totally there are 20 Battery groups of batteries. Insulator 3.Put these 20 groups of batteries into the chassis. Remarks: to avoid short circuit, please be noted that the battery terminals must not contact the metal parts.
