Page 2 NOTE: Use flathead screw driver ® T-20 Replacing Flexor/ Upholstery Assembly NOTE: Extend chair to maximum height with height adjustment lever, and slide seat to most forward position. T-15 Remove flexor screws (4x). Pull out the bottom Flexor assembly. Push the side of the plastic flexor toward the frame with flathead screw driver, then pull out to disengage the Flexor assembly from the frame.
