This appliance is Underwriters Laboratory recognized ( appliance is only a single component of a complete installation, the finished installation of this unit requires additional evaluations to Underwriters Laboratory standards.

Single phase F-886 fryers require a 240VAC 60 amp 1ø circuit with ground; Three phase F-886 fryers require a 208VAC or 240VAC 3ø, 40 amp circuit with ground, FRYERS ARE SHIPPED FROM THE FACTORY WIRED FOR 3ø.

  • Page 14 MAINTENANCE PERIODIC CLEANING Add 1/2 cup of granulated dishwasher detergent to frypot. Fill with water to the MAX OIL line. Lower the element into the frypot and set the control knob to 225ºF Boil the mixture for five minutes. Turn the control knob to OFF. Allow the mixture to set in the frypot overnight.
