Line 1~4 LED will lit while in use.

UT-400D has phone line detect function. It will detect the phone
line when the base power on. In standby mode Line 1~4 LED will
off. Line LED sparkled means that the base did not detect the
phone line. Please plug the PSTN phone line once again.
