M.2-CPU1 Slot
This motherboard has one M.2 slot that is supported by CPU1(M.2-CPU1). M.2 was formerly
Next Generation Form Factor (NGFF) and serves to replaces mini PCIe. M.2 allows a variety
of card sizes and offers increased functionality and spatial efficiency. The M.2 socket on the
motherboard supports PCIe 3.0 X4 (32 Gb/s) SSD cards in the 2260, 2280 and 22110 form
factors.

Speaker Header (Optional for an External Speaker/Buzzer)
A speaker header, located at JD1, can be used in conjunction with an external speaker
(optional). Use an appropriate cable to connect this header to an external speaker or buzzer
for support of BIOS beep codes and system alarms. See the layout below for JD1 location.
