Operating process and frequency of this intervention are suggested by your cleansing agent supplier who has suitable products, generally containing phosphoric acid.

Page 38 ENTFERNUNG VON VERKRUSTUNGEN Bei hartem Wasser können sich im Inneren der Maschine und auch manchmal auf dem Geschirr Kalkablagerungen bilden, die aus hygienischen Gründen mit einer Verkrustungsentfernung weggenommen werden müssen. Die Durchführung und die Frequenz dieser Arbeit werden vom Geschirrspüllieferanten vorgeschlagen, der entsprechende Produkte zur Verfügung hat, die meistens auf einer Phosphorsäurebasis liegen.
