Measuring Probe

 If the switch (10) is in the position COOK and the
measuring probe is not inserted, the error message
LLL will appear on the right side of the display in the
field COOK TEMP (3).
Insert the plug of the measuring probe completely
into the connecting port.
 If the measuring probe is not inserted correctly into
the connecting port, the error message HHH will ap-
pear on the display and you will hear a permanent
signal sound. Insert the plug of the measuring
probe up to the end into the connecting port.
 Keep the measuring probe out of reach of the
heating elements in the oven, away from fire, BBQ
charcoal, etc. as these objects can reach a higher
temperature than 250° C. Contact with such heating
elements might damage the measuring probe.
 Avoid bending the cable of the measuring probe too
much.

Operation

1. Start preparing the meat (cooking or roasting.
2. Select the desired meat type and the doneness
level.
3. Insert the plug of the measuring probe into the
connecting port of the thermometer.
