Erogazione automatica significa che l’operatore seleziona uno dei quattro pulsanti sulla pulsantiera per iniziare il processo di erogazione. Quando la quantità di caffè programmata per il pulsante viene raggiunta, la macchina ferma automaticamente l’erogazione.

    Introduction Read and understand all instructions. These instructions provide important information on the correct installation, safe and correct use and maintenance of this product. Thoroughly read this manual before you start to use this product. In particular, be sure to read and fully understand the Safety Precautions described in this manual before you use this product.

    Installation The espresso machine E96/Sahara is to be installed to comply with the applicable federal, state or local plumbing codes having jurisdiction. The manufacturer has tried to foresee all possible safety devices to ensure the safety of the users. Anyhow different conditions of installation or of equipment moving can cause situations which cannot be controlled or foreseen.

    Start up The espresso machine E96/Sahara is to be installed to comply with the applicable federal, state or local plumbing codes having jurisdiction exclusively by authorised technical service. Open the water tap and switch on the main electrical switch. Turn the on/off switch (fig. 1,5) from position 0 to position 1. At the first start up the boiler is empty and therefore the automatic water refill system starts.
  • Page 19 Automatic dispensing of espresso The keys A B C D are used for automatic dispensing of espresso. Automatic dispensing means that the operator presses one of the four keys to begin the supply. When the programmed quantity of coffee in the cup is reached, the machine stops “automatically” the dispensing.     Einleitung Dieses Handbuch ist ein wesentlicher Bestandteil des Lieferumfangs der Espressokaffeemaschine Modell E96/Sahara. Lesen Sie die Gebrauchsanweisung vor Inbetriebnahme der Maschine bitte sorgfältig und vollständig durch. Die Gebrauchsanleitung liefert wichtige Hinweise für die richtige Bedienung, Pflege und Instandhaltung der Maschine. Dies ist für die Betriebssicherheit und die Lebensdauer des Gerätes von grundlegender Bedeutung.
  • Page 24 Keine schweren Gegenstände auf die Maschine stellen. In der Nähe der Maschinen dürfen sich keine Gasbrenner, sowie elektrische und andere Hitzequellen befinden. Die Maschine darf auf keinen Fall mit Flüssigkeiten in Berührung kommen. Also z.B. niemals Wasser auf oder gar in die Maschine spritzen oder schütten. Hierdurch entstünde ein hohes Sicherheitsrisiko. Die Maschine darf nicht mit feuchten oder nassen Körperteilen berührt werden.

    Montage Die Montage der E96/Sahara Espressomaschine hat unter Beachtung der örtlichen Sicherheitsbestimmungen zu erfolgen. Die Maschine wurde entsprechend den geltenden Sicherheitsvorschriften hergestellt. Folgendes muss unbedingt beachtet werden: • Montage, Reparaturen, Wartungs- und Instandhaltungsarbeiten dürfen nur durch vom Hersteller autorisierte und geschulte Fachleute vorgenommen werden. Nicht fachgerecht durchgeführte Arbeiten stellen ein ernstes Sicherheitsrisiko für den Benutzer dar.

    Inbetriebnahme Vorraussetzung: Die Espessokaffeemaschine E96/Sahara ist fachgerecht installiert und betriebsbereit. Die Wasser- und Stromzufuhr zur Maschine herstellen. Den Ein-Ausschalter der Maschine ( Tafel 1.5) von „0“ auf „1“ stellen. Die Kesselbefüllung beginnt automatisch. Bemerkung: Nach ca. 180“ wird die automatische Füllung gestoppt. Falls der Kessel nicht genügend gefüllt waere, leuchten alle Leds an der Tastatur.
  • Page 29 Automatische Kaffeebrühung Die mit A B C D bezeichneten Taster werden für die automatiche Kaffeebrühung benützt. Unter den Begriff “automatische Kaffeebrühung” versteht man daß, der Benützer presst einer der vier Taster um die Kaffeebrühung zu beginnen und - sobald die programmierte Menge erhalten wird - die Maschine stoppt automatisch die Brühung.

    Programmierung der Kaffee- und Heißwassermengen Um die Programmierung zu beginnen, muß die Maschine Betriebsbereit sein. • Den mit “E” bezeichneten Taster der linken Gruppe (Benutzerseite) mehr al 5 Sekunden gedrückt halten. • Jetzt den gewünschten Produktwahltaster (A B C D ) pressen und wieder loslaßen. Die Produtk- ausgabe beginnt und die Leuchtdiode des Tasters leuchtet.

    Pflege und Instandhaltung Reinigung nach jeder Aufschäumung (z.B. von Milch für Cappuccino) Nach Beendigung der Aufschäumung schließen Sie das Dampfventil (siehe Beschreibung der Bauteile) und nehmen den Krug unter dem Dampfrohr ((siehe Beschreibung der Bauteile) weg. Jetzt öffnen Sie bitte noch einmal für ca. 3 Sekunden das Dampfventil (siehe Beschreibung der Bauteile), mit dem geschäumt wurde.
  • Page 32 Tägliche Reinigung der Maschine bei abgestellter und abgekühlter Maschine Wichtige Hinweise: Ziehen Sie bitte immer unbedingt zuerst den Netzstecker aus der Steckdose, bzw. schalten Sie den Hauptschalter für die Stromversorgung der Maschine ab. Die Maschine muss vollständig abgekühlt sein. Das ist 20 Minuten nach Abschaltung der Fall. Für die Reinigung ein sauberes, weiches, feuchtes Tuch verwenden.
