US Withings Two (2) Years Limited Warranty – Withings Sleep Analyzer
Withings SA 2 rue Maurice Hartmann, 92130 Issy-les-Moulineaux, France ("Withings")
warrants the Withings-branded hardware product ("Withings Product") against defects in
materials and workmanship when used normally in accordance with Withings' published
guidelines for a period of TWO (2) YEARS from the date of original retail purchase by the end-
user purchaser ("Warranty Period"). Withings' published guidelines include but are not limited
to information contained in technical specifications, safety instructions or quick start guide.
Withings does not warrant that the operation of the Withings Product will be uninterrupted or
error-free. Withings is not responsible for damage arising from failure to follow instructions
relating to the Withings Product's use.

Withings SA 2 rue Maurice Hartmann, 92130 Issy-les-Moulineaux, Francija ("Withings") garantē
Withings zīmola aparatūras produkta ("Withings produkts") darbību bez materiālu un apdares
defektiem, ja produkts tiek lietots saskaņā ar Withings publicētām instrukcijām, DIVU (2) GADU
laikā pēc galapatērētāja sākotnējā mazumtirdzniecībā veiktā pirkuma datuma («Garantijas
periods»). Withings publicētās instrukcijas citu starpā ietver informāciju, kas iekļauta tehniskajos
noteikumos, drošības noteikumos un īsajā lietošanas pamācībā. Withings negarantē, ka Withings
produkts darbosies bez traucējumiem vai kļūdām. Withings neuzņemas atbildību par bojāju-
miem, kas radušies ar Withings produktu lietošanu saistīto instrukciju neievērošanas gadījumā.

garantuoja Withings ženklu pažymėto aparatinės įrangos produkto (toliau – Withings produkto)
medžiagų ir gamybos defektus, kai jis įprastai naudojamas pagal Withings paskelbtus nurodymus,
DVIEJŲ(2) METŲ laikotarpiui nuo pradinio mažmeninio pirkimo, kurį atlieka galutinis naudotojas
(toliau – Garantinis laikotarpis). Withings paskelbtuose nurodymuose pateikta techninėse specifi-
kacijose, saugos instrukcijose arba greito pasirengimo darbui vadovo informacija, tačiau ja neapsi-
ribojama. Withings negarantuoja, kad Withings produktas veiks nepertraukiamai arba be trikdžių.
Withings neatsako už žalą, atsiradusią nesilaikant Withings produkto naudojimo instrukcijų.

Withings SA 2 rue Maurice Hartmann, 92130 Issy-les-Moulineaux, Prantsusmaa (edaspidi: Withings)
garanteerib Withingsi kaubamärgiga riistvaratoote (edaspidi: Withingsi toode) materjali- ja val-
mistusvigade puudumise, kui seda kasutatakse tavapäraselt Withingsi avaldatud juhiste kohaselt
KAHE (2) aasta jooksul alates lõppkasutaja algse jaeostu kuupäevast (edaspidi: garantiiperiood).
Withingsi avaldatud juhiste hulka kuulub muu hulgas tehnilistes kirjeldustes, ohutusjuhistes
või kiirjuhendis sisalduv teave. Withings ei garanteeri, et Withingsi toode töötab katkematult
või vigadeta. Withings ei vastuta kahjustuste eest, mis tulenevad Withingsi toote kasutamisega
seotud juhiste eiramisest.
