Handle Replacement Procedure

In case you find a problem with the handle during the daily
inspection, we recommend that you purchase a handle replacement
kit and carry out the replacement following the procedure below.
Always inspect the new part after replacement
following the daily inspection instructions.
Warning
AW3 Series (Forward facing type)

Remove the handle rings using the precision flat blade
screwdriver.

Insert the tip of the precision flat blade screwdriver into
the gap of the handle ring to easily remove it.
Pay attention not to injure yourself with the
screwdriver tip when removing the handle
Caution
rings.
AW3 Series (Forward facing type)
Install the handle following the removal procedure in the reverse order.
l When installing the handle rings,
insert them fully to the bottom side
until you hear a click.
Note: Use the tongue-and-groove
pliers if the handle rings are stiff.
l After installing the handle rings,
check that there is no gap between
the rings and the handle and there
are no sharpe edges.
AW4 Series (Rear facing type)

After removal of the four handle rings, open the handle
and remove it.

separate the handle and remove it.
